Garden yoga

A slow practice on the lawn with the Cordillera Blanca as your backdrop.

Roll out your mat among trees and flowers, with Yungay’s fresh air and the mountains on the horizon. A slow practice to loosen the body and breathe at the valley’s pace.

Meditation

Silence, altitude and landscape to come back to yourself.

The stone paths, the hammock area and quiet corners with mountain views make a natural setting for sitting in silence. A guided pause, in a group or one-to-one, far from the noise.
