Who is responsible

What data we collect
Only what you type in the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), dates, number of guests, bungalow or experience of interest and your message. If you use the WhatsApp button, the message is sent through WhatsApp and is subject to its terms.
What we use it for
Solely to answer your booking request or enquiry and to arrange your stay or experience. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal or booking-management obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733), you may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection regarding the processing of your data by writing to us on WhatsApp or at the lodge’s contact email.
